New, New, New!

Woohoo! There are a bunch of new things i get to tell you about today! Aren't you so excited!?

Lets see I think I'll start with ebay! I've started trying my hand at selling a few things on ebay, let me tell you it is not easy when you do not have internet at home! Which we are working on and will hopefully have soon! Very soon!(At least before the new season of Leverage starts!) But I am getting better at this!
Next!!

My GARDEN! I have NO pictures for this one, but let me tell you I am one proud garden-parent! I have my 7 tomato plants planted. I have my spot for the strawberries ready! and after them I will be planting my Autumn Joys! I am so excited! Can't tell you! I have the spot for my Zucchinis. But I have to figure out where I want to put my squash, my spearmint, and I have to nurture my cucumbers back to health before I decided where to put them. Actually I'll get the spot picked out while they are coming back to life.

I don't know if I ever told you about the Goblyn incident or not, so I'll tell you just incase. So it was a nice sleepy morning and the doggies had to go potty. Pretty sure it was a day that Joshua worked half a day, so I got up put them out on their chain(which is actually a rope with a clip on it!) and went back to bed. I never thought that murder would happen. Joshua got up to see what the dogs were barking at.

And Goblyn had completely scattered my 13 cucumber plants, we thought 6might live, but now it only seems like 2will. Hopefully two, if not then just one will, and that just one is an itsy-bitsy baby! Literally, just started to pop out of it's seed! So pray for that little guy! (Which by the way, thank you so much for your tomato plant prayers! They are definitely working!) He also broke the pot that the Basil was in, nocked over and dug out my Bamboo plant(which Joshua and I have had since a few months after being married) So I am working on that surviving, because it is about to die! Definitely not happy. He bit one of the heads of the bamboo off.

But he did NOT touch the Tomato plants, which is good. He didn't go after them because I had already gotten on to him for trying to take their stakes to chew on. Yeah so for about an hour after I found out what he did he didn't come near me. So that is my Goblyn story, I hope you enjoyed it way more than I did.

Up Next: New Hair

Not a new cut, but I did dye it. Last night. It was the first time I have ever dyed it on my own. And let me tell you it was scary! I got out of the shower and cleaned off a piece of mirror to see what I had done and I was scared to death! It was blonde on the roots and the strands were BROWN!! So I was like, "okay, mom is going to kill me! I'll have to call her in the morning." I threw it up in a bun, and went to bed. And it totally still smells like ammonia!

Of course I still don't have pictures! But I will take some this evening and post them tomorrow! This is a totally naked post!! haha

Real House Wives of Jersey

So Teresa's sister in law seems much more fake than the others. And so does her cousin, Melissa, I think her name is. Anyways, it seems like whenever people first get on the show all they want to do is cause a BUNCH OF DRAMA. Which is ridiculous. I truly believe that Teresa really wants to become closer with her brother. I have a brother who is long distance and we don't really get to talk much, so I know how it feels.

Anyways this is not a post for the House Wives. This is a post for my plants! (Yeah i know the title doesn't elude to such!)
See yesterday I finally planted my three tomato plants and replanted my basil plant! It was a lot of fun! I was even having fun with my puppies after they got in trouble for tying themselves around and around and around the post! But then our neighbor came over to let us know that our dogs were escape artists. Yeah Josh and I were NOT happy about that.

But I did get my plants planted and my husband helped. It was fun and I am so glad that I did it. Home grown veggies are the best ever. And I wish I had gotten some pictures of the messy fun we had but I forgot to grab my camera. So I am so sad right now though because one of my babies is not doing well! I don't know if it's because of the break it had or if it's because i over watered it. The thing is, I didn't give it anymore water than the others. I don't know. I put it out on the back porch so that it can get some better sunlight! I am really praying that it starts doing better!!

Isn't it so sad!!! Pray for my mater!!

Here are my other too! Besides finding holes for me so that I had a bunch of water to clean up they are doing great!

Here is mah basil! Tiny but adorable!

And this is the spear mint! Quite a bit more than my basil. Ha ha I much on a leaf of this at least once a day!

And this! Is my Bamboo! Which Josh and I have had since a few months after we moved into our old apartment! It has most definitely has grown! But I am getting a little worried about it. There's like a mold or something growing on the base of the stalks. So I am working on that as well.

My mom had a sort of green thumb, things died a few many times, but I am working on making sure that my green thumb stays green! Like my plants!!

Night!

p.s
if you'll notice I actually added tags!!

Oh goodness!

You know, as much as the devil tries to upset me and bring me down. I have to always remember that God will lift me up so much higher. No it's not always easy to do, but I am doing it. And honestly, reading Proverbs has really been helping! Honestly, it's one of my favorite books, my favorite chapter though, is Proverbs 31, yes the whole thing. That is the wife that I work to be. And again, no it's not easy, but I work to do better everyday.

Where did all of this come from you may ask; it came from a very sleepy, stressful and FREEZING day. I have been working part time at Cafe Bowl , it's pretty much an on call job for the actual restaurant and I work the farmers market for them! Which is really fun! You get to meet a bunch of great people! But I have to wake up about 5:15am to be at the cafe in time to get everything loaded and ready for the farmers market and get set up by 7am. So when the dogs keep me up for a few night in a row and about 5trains drive by in two nights, I get a little tired. But do not get me wrong, I am so very thankful for this job. Helps relieve a little stress from Joshua and it helps keep me from going stir crazy. And the owners, the Hopkins, are really good Christians!
So slowly, Melaleuca is shining through again. Slowly but surely. It's been really hard with the looking for a house, moving, and where we originally lived was just so far out. But now that we are in a house that is in a pretty much perfect location, things are going to be picking up. I am so excited about where God is going to take us with Melaleuca!
Let see...
Oh! I bought three different tomato plants and some spearmint and some basil from the farmers market! The basil was bought last Saturday, and the rest today! I am so excited about planting it all! Two of my tomato plants broke from the wind today, but one of this is just horribly pushed over! So hopefully I will be able to get them planted this coming week. I've got to find a spot the dogs can't get to and get it fenced and get a few T posts put up for the tomato plants. Ugh, I can not tell you how excited I am about getting my own garden started! I love to garden, and honestly, the fruits and vegetables that are fresh farmer grown taste so much better than the ones that you buy out of the stores. Except for the natural food store. They don't have all the chemicals in them and they are FRESH!!
Please please support your local Farmers Markets!!

Sunshine and Blue Skies!

Today was GREAT! It was beautiful outside! Very hot but beautiful, blue skies no clouds a good breeze, it was nice! Especially about 7, it stayed warm and perfect! I did a bit of cleaning today, we received a chest of drawers from Josh's parents and it needed to be cleaned. So it IS clean, I'm just having trouble getting the smell out(it was left in a mold room of the old house), tomorrow I will be putting dryer sheets in the drawers. I worked with our last set that was left in the old house. The only problem is the drawers are in the bedroom, so I've got to get that done asap...like now..

Well that's done, and I even was nice enough to let my puppy dogs in! They are adorable, let me tell you.

Joshua received some tickets to the Naturals game tonight and we had a lot of fun! After the first inning things got interesting and I actually got into the game. Although I am sure I asked over a hundred questions!! Haha I'm pretty sure I saw a gleam of enthusiasm from my husband though. We did have to leave early, which I didn't want to but it had to happen. I've got to wake up about 5 and do the farmers market tomorrow.

I'm not excited about the lack of sleep and honestly I don't really want to fall asleep tonight. Don't laugh but I had a zombie dream that I DID NOT like last night. I even woke up, told Joshua I had a bad dream, made him hold me, fell back asleep and it picked up right where it left off.

I am very glad that God blessed me with this job though, it take some stress of of Joshua and really helps me from going stir crazy.

Anyways, I don't know if we won or not as the game was tied when we left at 9:03. But I had a great time and it was my FIRST time to go to a real baseball game!

Sweet dreams!

Eyes..Heavy..Sleep...Coming Fast

(Try and say that in your head with the voice of the Priceline guy in your head, it sounds so much better!!)

So we are officially moved in. Minus the clothes still in luggage and a few boxes(okay a lot of boxes) that need my attention...in an annoying way. We also traded a puppy for a puppy! Yeah, this one is much better! I know that sounds mean, but Duke(the old one) was just way to hyper for us and well our personalities DID NOT mesh. But with Gobby, well we get a long MUCH better!! He's only chewed one heel, and peeled in the house about three times and pooed about twice. Other than that it's been pretty good!!

Lets see, I reminded myself to blog about a few things:

1. It is very cold, and rainy and miserable for the second day in a row. Do I like the rain still?? Yes and No. Yes because I am now in my own house where I won't be driving on a dirt road that's horribly washed out and No because I have to stand outside while the dogs do their thing.

2. I just mentioned above that it is cold and rainy, which makes this story much better. I went to go pick Joshua up and meet with a co-worker of his to give them some Caprisun Sport on the Go thingys. Well, after that I happened to be given some ice cream, so of course with it about 38degrees outside I ate my ice cream in my cold car. And it was amazing(Braums vanilla in those tiny little tubs!)

3. . . . . .

Okay I'm just goiong to scratch three for right now, I'm so stinkin' tired! Night!
