Surviving the Cut

Yes I have been watching numerous episodes of this with my husband, and I have found, when the soldiers are doing underwater tasks that involve holding their breath, I hold mine too! Support boys, support!! But seriously, the ones who make it through are tough, very tough, the ones who make it to the first challenge are tough!!

So today I went to my Father In Laws house and did some packing! I LOADED the car, and let me tell you it is AMAZING to see things leave that house, knowing that they will be going to OUR OWN house!! But getting there was not easy, and I do not look forward to doing it again Thursday. I saw thursday because we do not have enough money for gas to do another trip tomorrow. So I am praying praying praying God helps us get some of the stuff we are selling SOLD! But here are a few pictures to show you my crazy driving course!

this is the part of the bridge GOING TO the house, I know this doesn't show the hold thing, but trust me, there is NO room for error!

You can't really see it here, but there is a piece of a car that you also have to try not to hit

She was my guide! She doesn't like water so I stepped where she stepped so I wouldn't get soaked or muddy!

Duchess(my guide) is such a sweet heart! God really blessed us with her! But we are having to get rid of Duke, we just do not have time to train him, our personalities and where Josh and I are in our life, just do not match for what Duke needs. So we are praying God sends the right family for him!

Ugh, gotta go to bed! Night

I am buying a YACHT!

Well with all of this rain, this ridiculous rain, so the MR. and I are totally buying a yacht!! Ugh I can't tell you how sick of rain I am! I mean I know God has a reason for all of this, but as of now, all I see is my gas mileage going down and a bunch of flooding.

So Thursday we are supposed to be closing on our house and getting the moving in started! Very exciting!! Exciting and nerve racking I suppose, but God brought us this house, so he will make sure everything goes smoothly!

Honestly, we are trying to craiglist so many things, not to mention even more stuff we'll be selling at the yard sale. I can not wait for it all to just be gone. And we're trying to give away our puppy Duke.

It's not that we don't love him, we do and that's why we're trying find him a good home. We just don't have time to work with him and train him. He's a cutie and part wolf.

Ugh couponing is almost going to kill me! But the savings will revive me! ha ha

have a great night! Stay dry

Yummy Yummy

Do you see that yummy-ness right there??

That was my lunch yesterday! Raspberries with a packet and a half of Truvia! It was pretty amazing. The best part, I didn't get to eat them when I took the picture :[ . I actually ate them about 3hours later....with a straw. Still, it was really yummy!

But yesterday was a greatish day! We had our house inspection, our termite inspection with the company we want to use, the FHA inspector showed up. Everything looks good! It's all in Gods hands so I'm not really worried. He found the house for us, He'll make sure we get in!

So I have started a new blog with my best friend Cyndi! It's called NWA Coupon Time, so expect to hear from me more often!

Well except for this weekend. This weekend, we will be going with our friends to Branson!! Fun fun fun!! Can't wait to upload pictures :]

Life

is about to get hectic.

This weekend is going to be a lot of fun, but it is going to lead to at least a month of craziness! Saturday we are going to be house hunting! I am really praying that God leads us to the right house. We are looking in Rogers and there is one in Bentonville. They are all in pretty good condition if not better, though a few of them might need a little work done. It is so exciting!
We are going through the company I partnered with and will be able to receive a cash back rebate. They also paired us up with a realtor and a real-estate assistance to ensure that we are absolutely satisfied with our realtor and the experience. It's been a big help so far!

So today we woke up a little late and I decided not to curl my hair. It was cute in the mirror but now I'm getting annoyed! I am so glad that it has been growing faster than usual! I had a little messed up hair cut, that went from my long blonde hair to short purple hair. Which later became brown, much better! I hadn't had short hair for at least a year and a half, maybe two. So it has been a pain when I don't curl it. But mom is supposed to be giving me a trim so hopefully that will help! I'll be staying the night at her house Friday while Joshua stays the night at our friend James house while they have a little Black Ops party. LOL silly boys.

Lets see yesterday I had a great time catching up with several friends. I even learned a few interesting things.
Oh one of them, Dani, has her own little business. She makes baby girl clothes, and she gets better all the time. I'm excited to buy some from her once we have a little girl! The cute little model was with her, she had on a Tweety Bird Dress and it was so cute! But there aren't any pictures! lol

Well tonight Josh and I are meeting up with another friend of mine from back in the day! Haven't seen her in years, and I'm pretty sure she's bringing a picture of a Halloween we spent together...Probably going to be embarrassing :/

I hope you have a great day!

Vacation, you left too soon

We are officially back from Branson. Well actually that happened yesterday but still.

Some of our amazing church family invited us on a trip to Branson this past weekend and we had a bast. We went shopping, so not only did I get some really good deals at Old Navy(85dollars for 10pieces of clothes=$8.50 a piece= not bad!!), I got some exercise in! It was walking but still, that's not bad!
Hubby got some clothes, I got some clothes, so it ended pretty well. Not to mention, he found a watch he like and I found a wallet AND purse!! woo-hoo! Granted we didn't get them...yet. We get discounts online and cash back so we decided to go with that route for that store(Fossil).
Enough about shopping! It was a really nice little condo thing we got to stay in(Diamond Resort) and it was great to just relax. There was no wi-fi unless you wanted to buy it, which we didn't. So no technology but our phones and the tv! We watch Animal Planet almost the whole time. I really really want a Newfoundland doggie!
Really the only draw back to the weekend, was how cold and windy was!!

Well I've got to go and get a few things ready before I head of to lunch with the Mister! Hope you have a great day!

The Start...

To something addictive.

Which is working out!!

Yeah, the Mister and I have been getting back into the gym. And let me tell you it is amazingly addictive. For now we're waking up early, heading over there, showering, getting ready, he goes to work and I get to work. Its great. And Exciting!

By the way, to all you out there who do the P90X, you're tough! There was an info-mercial on the little t.v's for the bikes and treadmills and it looks intense! I thought about buying it, but we have two more years on our gym account, so when that expires I might buy it, hopefully the price will go down too!!

Tomorrow though we won't be working out in the morning :( ,only tanning :) [we tan two days a week for now, after next week it'll drop to once a week] , then heading to get Josh's check from his previous job. That night though we probably will work out, if there is a gym at the hotel we'll be staying at. Some great friends from church invited us to a time share thing that they are going to in Branson! It's going to be a lot of fun!

God has really been blessing us. I really really REALLY can't wait to be able to bless others, so much more than we are able to now. :)))

Well, I've got to head off to lunch with a friend! Hope you have a great day!!

Hello...Again

Wow.
It has definitely been A LONG time since I was on here. I keep forgetting about this thing...oopsies.
Well...where are we???
Joshua and I are looking for a house! It's exciting! There is one I found that is relatively close to his new job (he's a Banker now!!). Two bed, One bath, perfect for us for right now. It even has a gardening plot in the back. I'm really hoping we get it! Very exciting!
God has really been blessing my business and Joshua getting this new job was a huge blessing! He gets to have a normal work schedule and we can really be a family and be able to spend time with friends, no more night shift EVER. yay!
We were looking at going to California in April to visit my family, but with the (hopefully) getting a house by the beginning of March that might be on hold until May. My grampa was really sick, and I was very worried. I wanted to make sure Joshua had a chance to meet him and the rest of my family out there, and to make sure I had the chance to spend time with him. He is doing much better (Thank God!!), so I really wouldn't feel to bad about pushing the trip to May. I was really hoping to go for a whole month, but with Joshua's new job, it may only be two and a half weeks. I'm going to try to set up a luncheon with Joshua's grampa who lives in California also, they haven't seen each other since Joshua was really really little!

Well I really don't know what else to blab about! So hopefully I remember to stop in before a whole month goes by!!
